What you need

A Twister mat and spinner.

How to set up

  1. Spread the mat on a safe, flat surface.
  2. Remove shoes and choose a spinner.

How to play: step by step

  1. Spin to select a body part and color.
  2. Each player moves that body part to an open circle of the named color.
  3. Hold positions while later moves create new challenges.
  4. A player is eliminated after falling or touching the mat with an elbow or knee.
